This project won 2012 Amex chairman award.• Successfully Rolled out online legal disclosure in pdf format across 50+ Amex card products on time to market, I took over this initiative from another PM during critical time when many thought would fail due to complexity. This PDF are styled for Text to Speech accessibility aiding visually impaired. • Increased Amex New account acquisition (NAA)> 6% yoy.• I come with immense experience working with diverse stakeholders closely working with Marketing team creating strategy and roadmap for strategic initiative. Later with technology, legal, compliance and servicing for timely market launch.• Automated and launched FR Y9C financial report for American Express into production meeting Federal MRA.• Currently completed uplifting API for Amazon Partner cobranded cards in US and UK markets.
