Collaborated with key clients, analyzed their data, and performed market analysis, which led to an increase in assets by more than 40 billion INR in 2 years. The team has mobilized a record-setting 1.5 billion INR in SBI Balanced Advantage Fund new fund offer and 75 million INR in SBI Multi-cap Fund in 15 days period. Driving the team to push digital/online solutions among clients by building a strategy for consultative selling, and direct client service led to more than 60% of transactions being done through the digital mode, resulting in over 45% savings for the company. Established, trained, and mentored an exclusive team for the channel across the region with strategic objectives and achieved business share growth of more than 20% since 2017 till date.
