I am a passionate MarTech enthusiast who love to work at the intersection of marketing/business & IT. I have 11+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing digital transformation across industries like life sciences/pharma, retail, CPG, energy, etc with deep expertise in Customer experience design, Marketing Automation, CMS, CRM, Tag management, etc. In the past, I have structured, set up and led digital factories for various clients as a part of large marketing transformation programs. Through that, I have worked extensively with marketing & IT teams to bridge the gap, and develop novel marketing use cases to hyper-personalize customer/consumer experience. I have led teams that helped in setting up integrated MarTech architecture and running omni-channel campaigns. Outside professional work, I co-founded of 2 education NGOs - Kadam Public Charitable Trust (a bridge school for street children) and Videosforknowledge (committed to bridging the general knowledge gap among underprivileged kids in India).
