Collaborating with management and internal teams to continuously improve our approach to security and business incidentresponse• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate wide information security management program to ensure thatinformation assets are adequately protected.• Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance andregulatory requirements and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the enterprise.• Lead IT risks and mitigation plans• Engaging with external penetration testing providers to organise and assist the Engineering function with annual applicationtesting.• Responsible for hiring, setting goals, evaluating team performance, and managing the groups budget.• Application security: work with the engineering team to assist in identifying areas where improvements could be made in linewith security framework models such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP Top 10, etc.• Facilitate training for new and existing employees in security and various systems used internally as and when required• Manage governance activities and security policies to maintain assurance certifications (ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus)and compliance with contractual obligations• Implementing security improvements to ensure that the business stays up to date with the latest recommended securityguidelines• Company-wide approach to information security, data protection and cyber security, ensuring the business stays up to datewith latest regulatory standards.• Manage development of the enterprise governance framework for IT and OT• Incident response across all areas and continuously finding ways to improve the approach to incident response and reporting• Lead external ISO 27001:2022 security audits.• Conduct internal ISO 27001:2022 security audits
