Aug 2017 – Jan 2018, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, ORD Jan 2018 – Jan 2020, Shift Manager, ORD (Days & Graves) Jan 2020 – Present, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, IAH Managing a team of multiple Supervisors and Mechanics from all trades, A&P/R&E/Sheet-Metal/Cabin. Ensuring all work performed on station is within the stipulations and guidelines of the UA GMM/GPM. Working with all company software’s like TOCS/ETA/CCM/ETA/EDocs/TIPs/LPS etc. Pulling aircrafts out of service, ordering parts on AOG basis, recovering AOG aircrafts. Planning RON (Return Over-Night) work load vs the available Manpower/Head-Count. Working high priority items and ensuring availability of adequate parts and applicable tooling availability. RON Goal as listed below: · Safe operation with NIL Accidents/Incidents/OIS. · Minimum and justified OOS in the morning, · 80% MELs A-thru-Cs completion with 100% RON work completion, · 100% on STAR flights, all aircraft released with Green MRDs @ 05:00, · All morning TRU Flts accounted for and proper turnover to Day Shift. Preparing/Attending the following Conference calls: · DOR/WB-OOS & greater than 24hrs @ 16:30 prior shift start. · Planning call at 19:00, with planning HQ-ORD · DOR at 20:00 · DOR at 03:00 Constantly monitoring Tocs-Alert-Manager for possible routing changes and added work and working with HMCs and Field Planning and LPS. Working with HMCs on Delay reports and making sure of the relevant details are entered. Responding to SPOC station emails and adding on work. Arranging and setting up EFSs to several stations and starting a TOCS log. Performing Supervisor yearly reviews, preparing pairs-grading for the Mid-Year and End of the year ratings, and attending feedback sessions. Mentoring new Supervisors and Leads. Airworthiness Release AWR qualified on B787, B737/max, B767 & A320. Conducting safety audits and interventions, and attending weekly Safety Conference calls.
