As EUSA Region Lean Coordinator at ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules, I drive the deployment and governance of LEADS methodologies across all plants within the EUSA region, reporting directly to the Vice President.I ensure harmonized implementation of standardized LEADS tools, facilitate annual Lean Maturity Checks (LMC), and monitor regional performance through structured quarterly reporting. My focus is on strengthening leadership alignment, operational excellence, and sustainable continuous improvement across multiple sites.With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University and a Bachelor’s from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, I combine technical expertise with strategic lean deployment to enhance efficiency, leadership capability, and long-term performance in manufacturing operations
