ABOUT YOGENDER ARYA

Over 17 years of experience in highly regulated pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, I see myself as a creative problem solver. I have a strong background in quality operations and project management which essentially means finding innovative solutions to quality problems while maintaining compliance and fostering business continuity! To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new learnings. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career in quality assurance, quality management systems, project management, customer services, change management in regulated GMP and matrixed environment. I collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to identify, communicate and resolve quality issues. I provide quality oversight and direction for quality improvement initiatives. I also monitor and report quality metrics and KPIs and drive periodic review of quality systems and continuous improvement actions.
