About Yarrow Randall

Impact drives my career. My goal is to develop systems, processes, and methods that empower teams to increase their impact. At The Nature Conservancy in New York, I am driving toward a livable climate, healthy communities, and thriving nature by implementing programs and processes showcasing the interconnectedness of our planet. I develop meaningful and engaging opportunities for connection among our volunteer leaders, amplifying the strengths of each individual for collectively greater outcomes. In collaboration with The Nature Conservancy in New York\'s scientists, I curate educational and experiential outings in the field for our network of supporters. My experience with doing good began at summer camp, where I taught girls to experience the world authentically by disconnecting from technology and engaging in new and challenging activities. I love being able to see the impact my lessons can have on a camper\'s development and growth over the course of 4 or 7 weeks. As an assistant with the Office of Institutional Advancement at the School of Dental Medicine, my work directly supported the Schools initiatives. I worked with alumni and donors to demonstrate the impact their gift can have on our students, faculty, and the greater Philadelphia community. Through several projects to increase alumni engagement I employed diverse stewardship strategies - encompassing letters, emails, and give-aways and the management, creation, and curation of our social media channels.
