About Yariv Lis
We created Verensics to fill the gap in the employment screening and vetting process. We are a SaaS platform that evaluates the life cycle of personnel risk – to address challenges related to pre-employment screening and vetting, insider threat program, and internal workplace investigations. Verensics mimics a face-to-face interview with an I/O psychologist and corporate investigator, adapting to each interviewees’ actual responses as well as physical and cognitive behavioral indicators. Just like a real person, our AI provides tailored feedback throughout the interview. And, since we are considered an interview, you can use us much earlier than a background check in you process.
