ABOUT NICOLE YARBROUGH

Leveraging 15 years of experience in education and nonprofit, I am expanding learning pathways for stakeholders across the country, and aim to align funding resources. My career is dedicated to facilitating systems integration between business, school districts, and government, always prioritizing diverse stakeholders needs. Engaging with underserved and historically marginalized communities was pivotal in shaping my approach to managing large-scale programs since my AmeriCorps service, especially in capacity building and contracts management.As a Director, I consistently embrace cross-functional responsibilities and implement strategic plans, achieving significant milestones for organizations. By promoting evidence-based practices, I have stabilized education initiatives with district-wide school attendance, Title I and TANF budgets, school improvement plans, culturally relevant curriculum, bilingual language resources, teacher training, and academic support. My efforts extend to implementing restorative justice, student workforce programs, parent leadership, and community engagement aimed to facilitate school success. Additionally, I established a quality assurance team and executed an enterprise CRM system for monitoring and evaluation of 20 programs.
