I’ve spent nearly 20 years leading large, multi-specialty healthcare operations — but at the heart of it, my work has always been about people. Patients. Families. Teams. Leaders. I believe that when we create systems that truly work for the people in them, we deliver better care, better experiences, and better outcomes.Most recently, I served as Executive Director of Ambulatory Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, overseeing Contact Services Optimization, Ambulatory Services, Ambulatory Capacity Management, and the Hale Building for Transformative Medicine. I’m proud of the measurable results we’ve achieved — from increasing patient service revenue to launching programs that recovered over $1M annually — but what matters most to me is how we got there: through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to doing what’s right for patients.Over the years, I’ve led everything from systemwide scheduling redesigns to call center operations handling 8M+ calls a year. I’ve navigated high-stakes challenges, built governance frameworks, and mentored leaders who’ve gone on to do incredible things. My leadership style is inclusive and transparent, and I believe the best solutions come when every voice has a seat at the table.I’m fluent in Spanish, hold an Executive MBA from Suffolk University, and am deeply committed to equity and access in healthcare.
