ABOUT YARA AL HINN
As a research assistant at the Department of Biological Sciences at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), I have been involved in studying the molecular mechanisms of bacterial adaptation and evolution using PCR and other techniques. I have contributed to multiple publications and presentations on this topic, demonstrating my analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. In addition, I have been working as an office assistant at the Office of Research and Economic Development at CSULB, where I support the compliance department in ensuring that the university\'s research activities adhere to ethical and legal standards. I have gained valuable experience in office administration, project management, and data entry, as well as an understanding of the research policies and procedures at CSULB. My education background in molecular cell biology and physiology, with a minor in chemistry, has provided me with a solid foundation in the scientific concepts and methods that are relevant to the field of medical science liaison (MSL).
