I am a United States Air Force veteran with over six years of experience in human resources, cybersecurity compliance, and program management. My career has been defined by supporting both people and technology-managing personnel programs for thousands of members while ensuring compliance with critical cybersecurity and security protocols.As a Commander Support Staff (CSS) Administrative Specialist, I managed assignments, relocations, promotions, awards, and evaluations for over 8,500 members across multiple wings and units. I also tracked clearance levels and managed compliance documentation, directly supporting governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions. These responsibilities strengthened my skills in policy enforcement, documentation, and audit preparation.In my role as a Cybersecurity Liaison (CSL), I coordinated incident reporting, streamlined account management, and supported adherence to Department of Defense cybersecurity standards. This position allowed me to serve as the bridge between leadership and technical teams, translating risks into clear, actionable reports. These experiences align directly with roles in SOC operations, incident response, and GRC analysis.I also provided IT Help Desk support, assisting with troubleshooting, access management, and user account issues—building technical adaptability and user support expertise.
