Provide technical sales support and marketing support for thermal and mechanical characterization with DMA, high force DMA, DSC, photo DSC, TMA, TGA and DEA. Technical sales support includes pre sale support and post sale support.Pre sale support includes consulting with knowledge of above analytical techniques, sales seminar, instrument/software demo and demo (feasibility) measurement, which includes method development, data analysis to understand structure-property relationships to support sales efforts across a wide range of materials: polymers, composites, elastomers, metals, pharmaceuticals and food. 25 units are sold after demo, which includes DMA/high force DMA: 6 units; DSC/photo DSC: 9 units; TMA: 5 units; DEA: 3 units; TGA: 1 unit and STA: 1 unit.Post sale support includes providing customer training, answering customer\'s question/inquiry and cooperating with service to help to solve customer\'s problem by email, phone and in person. Failure analysis of customer\'s product/material with TMA, DMA, DSC and photo DSC and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing services for customers.Marketing support includes oral presentations on DMA, high force DMA, DEA, DSC, photo DSC and Identify in many technical conferences and booth support in trade shows.
