With over four years of work experience in the consumer lighting industry, I am a passionate and driven Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator at Jaquar & Company Private Limited. In this role, I leverage my MBA in Operations and my skills in analytics and datasets to provide insights, reports, and solutions that improve business performance, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency. I also coordinate with various stakeholders, such as sales teams, distributors, vendors, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders, invoices, and payments. Previously, I worked as a Senior Executive in MIS and Customer Service at Jaquar and Grofers, where I gained valuable experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques that can enhance my analytical and interpersonal skills and help me achieve my goals of becoming a leader and an innovator in the consumer lighting field.
