Event Management:• Full management of all EMEA tradeshow booths, owned seminars and conferences, owned webinar and other external sponsorships whether F2F, digital or hybrid (c. 40 events per year alone across Europe, the Middle East and Africa)• Budget and legal management including contracts, vendor selection & negociations, budget planning and reporting (budget management >$2M)• Coordination of different teams on each events, each composed of internal staffs (MarCom, Demand Generation, Creative Services) and all vendors directly• Events Leads import coordination, reporting and analysis of events metrics (ROI, influenced opportunities, etc.)• Full administrative management i.e POs, monthly budget consolidation, monthly event reporting or quarterly meetings organisationSpecial Project: Demand Funnel Organisation (DFO) champion for the events team, managing relationship and process improvements on Salesforce leads import and management to maximize engagement and ROI.
