I’m a Business Administration student, retail operations leader, and aspiring product professional focused on the future of food service, grocery, and retail technology.My experience in high-volume fresh food operations has given me a firsthand view of how complex store execution really is. Labor planning, product availability, shrink, customer demand, merchandising, and team communication all move quickly, and the best solutions are built by people who understand the floor, the customer, and the business impact.That experience led me to begin developing an AI-driven retail operations concept focused on helping food and retail businesses become more predictive, connected, and efficient.My goal is to step into a product role where I can combine my frontline operating experience, business background, and interest in AI to help build technology that solves real problems for operators. I’m especially interested in products that improve decision-making, reduce inefficiencies, and create better outcomes for customers, employees, and businesses.I believe the strongest product ideas come from lived experience. I’ve seen the gaps firsthand, and now I’m focused on helping build the tools that close them.
