Run business oriented workshops to challenge supplier\'s answers with our business cases. Licence and Rates negociation. Conviction pushed to Printemps Steering Comitee. Results- Improved current platform Core vitals : Increased lighthouse Mobile score by 45%, and decreased the TTFB by 97% using an efficient cache strategy- Webperf improvements leds to SEO improvements as well : Page load time falls from 3+second to 100ms leading to 5x more pages indexed each day by Google Bot
