As a Congolese executive with over 14 years of cross-industry leadership experience, I’ve had the privilege of driving transformation across banking, telecoms, fintech, energy, and infrastructure in one of Africa’s most dynamic markets. I specialize in strategy execution, commercial leadership, and project delivery in high-growth and high-impact environments. I began my journey in finance at BCDC (now Equity BCDC), one of the DRC’s largest financial institutions, where I developed strong foundations in FX trading, trade finance, and international transfers. I then joined Access Bank Congo, completing intensive executive training in Lagos before rising to Chief Financial Officer, leading the bank’s strategic planning, budgeting, and financial control functions. In 2014, I pivoted into the telecommunications sector with Airtel DRC, where I led multiple functions — from business analysis and product performance modeling to commercial project management and regional operations. As Regional Commercial Head for the Kivus and Maniema, I oversaw marketing, corporate business, mobile money, and customer service, shaping the brand’s presence in a highly strategic region. Since then, I’ve served as Operations Director in the solar energy sector, Regional Director at CanalBox, and now General Manager at Raxio Data Center DRC, where I’ve been leading the development of a Tier $30M+ facility — the first of its kind in the DRC — supporting the country’s digital infrastructure and economic future. I am a certified Data Center Management Professional and a passionate advocate for technology-led transformation in Africa. I bring a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and commercial acumen to every venture I lead — with a strong focus on impact, performance, and sustainability.
