ABOUT YANNICK PEIFER
Yannick Peifer holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel. He currently holds a teaching position there in the courses \"Digital Factory\" and \"Digitalization of Industrial Production Processes\". He completed his doctorate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in the fields of artificial intelligence and human-robot collaboration. Since 2021, he has been employed at the ifaa - Institute for Applied Ergonomics, where he leads the research project \"humAIn work lab\". In this context, he works in the fields of artificial intelligence, leadership and change management.
