ABOUT YANNE GOOSSENS
Current research focus: Sustainability assessment of foods & entire diets, and of food waste reduction measures. Development of a sustainability label for food. I have a Ph.D. in Bioscience Engineering, focussing on sustainable food production and consumption, and started working at the German Thünen Institute in September 2018. I also have about eight years of working experience in European and international environmental policy making at the European Parliament and the Flemish Government.Publications:
