Responsible for all aspects of finance operations including maintaining all corporate accounting policies and procedure ensuring that corporate and each legal entity is following required statutory procedures, technical accounting standards, GAAP accounting practices and compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Meet quarterly with the audit committee, ensuring that they are continually apprised of the Company\'s financial position and issues. Quaterbacked capital raise of $250M in Feb 2022 led by Goldman Sachs resulting in approximately 4.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $55 per share. Lead finance team expansion supporting $100M investment in greenfield synthetic DNA manufacturing facility in Portland, OR. Executed $190M acquisition and integration of Abveris, Inc, an antibody discovery company based in Boston, MA. Established EMEA legal entity structure including three new Twist entities in the UK, Germany, and parent entity in the Netherlands. Drove external auditor change and successful remediation of SOX material weaknesses.
