Currently Digital Transformation Consultant within the Capgemini group, I have an IT engineering background acquired at the SUPINFO International University and after working as an IT programmer at the R&D department of a software company, I have then put my skills at the service of the Greater Caen, as a consultant within the Digital Innovation Department.In this last experience, I was more specifically in charge of the study and implementation of Public Transparency Policy of the Greater Caen in line with best practice regarding Open Data.During this mission at the Greater Caen, I graduated with a master\'s degree in managment, specialized in Economic & Regional Developpement from the Normandy Business School for which I successfully defended a professional thesis about Open Data as a democracy issue.
