Executive Director of the award-winning international menstrual equity organization Help A Girl Out, that organizes and executes outreach to underprivileged communities providing aid in the form of hygiene and menstrual products, educational workshops and empowerment campaigns- Oversaw operations for a national organization and managed a cross-functional team of up to 12 staff, 25 core volunteers and 185 extended volunteers- Secured over in funding from multiple sources to sustain operations and scale the organization to sustainability, including government grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors- Organized and oversaw the delivery of 300+ culturally informed educational workshops that aim to eliminate menstrual stigma among diverse groups, including BIPOC, refugees and low-income youth- Spearheaded the development and execution of a culturally-sensitive menstrual equity curriculum to be utilized by institutions across Canada- Developed a professional network of over 100 notable charities and not-for-profit organizations with the common interest of ending poverty nationally and internationally.

Highly motivated social change agent with the belief that dignity is a human right and that true change begins with bold, compassionate action.Alongside my work in the nonprofit sector, I studied Biomedical Physicist MSc and serve as a Radiation Technician in the nuclear industry. This unique dual path allows me to merge scientific rigor with humanitarian advocacy, driving sustainable, equity-based solutions for marginalized communities.In recognition of my efforts to advance menstrual equity and uterine health, I was honoured with Global Citizen Canada’s Hero Award in 2020. My advocacy continues to focus on supporting BIPOC women and girls facing period poverty, gender-based violence, and systemic barriers to dignity and education.Beyond my professional and advocacy roles, I am a motivational speaker, multidisciplinary artist, and Bible-believing Christian. Whether on stage, in classrooms, or at community tables, I bring passion, creativity, and authenticity to every space.
