Leaded product design on projects from inception to delivery on both web and mobile in a Scrum framework of two weeks of Sprint planning using the Jira ticket system- Build prototypes to test and validate product ideas using the Figma App- Re-designed the Homepage with a mobile-first focus followed by desktop re-design from end to end- Created user moderated and unmoderated user tests in usertesting.com and Hotjar- Collaborated with the Data Analyst team to gather the metrics to measure the success of the design with Amplitude App- Worked closely with product and engineering teams to ensure we shipped the right solutions - Interacted with our customers to gather needs/feedback and validate hypotheses - Leaded team workshops in Miro App / Figma Jam and participated in iterative design team frameworks, e.g. design sprints- Contributed to the design system and pushed other design initiatives forward in the greater organization- Provided heuristic evaluations of existing interfaces and contributed with new ideas for innovation and improvement.
