   Recruited design talents and built up the creative design team in Boston, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen-Buit up design review system for GUI design, ID design, and packaging design-In charge of StarKids Application design & development as a PM. Collaborating with the researcher, experts, and therapist to create a system that detects and trains brainwaves for children with Autism. Come up with and help create the framework ideas such as the story concepts, game mechanics, plot lines, and character biographies. And working with the visual designers and developers to flesh out all the different creations into the final product-Lead the design team to redesign and build BrainCo Chinese website through WordPress in 2 months and delivered an optimal solution with responsive website needs, tight delivery timeline, low costs, and complex project background.
