FICO brings together a sophisticated set of decisioning, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities to help our clients make better decisions across the customer lifecycle. My role brings together the capabilities across Customer Lifecycle Management within Financial Services to create a cohesive story, develop external and internal communications and support use cases on FICO platform. I work on high profile projects such as leading breakout sessions for FICO World as well as the creation of videos that are played on main stage. In addition, I work with analysts like Forrester to develop content, and lead the FICO Chartis RiskTech 100 submission where we moved up to the top 5 and received #1 for Innovation. I co-facilitate the FICO Women\'s Leadership cohort, a program created by our EVP of Software Stephanie Covert, where we create a community and coach a group of female leaders with monthly meetings for the year.
