Having grown my own start-up to 130+ people, I lead a large technical division of engineers and researchers. I am a natural problem solver, able to span a wide range of engineering disciplines including mechanical, electronics, software and AI research, as well as business strategy, economics and finance. This breadth allows me to analyse complex challenges and make an informed decision towards the right outcome.
