I am an emerging marketing and advertising professional pursuing a degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising at the University of South Florida, with hands-on experience supporting strategy, execution, and operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.I bring a blend of corporate, onsite, and entrepreneurial experience. As a Community Assistant at Greystar and through a Marketing Operations internship, I managed a national portfolio, supported property-level and national initiatives, collaborated across CRM and digital platforms, and worked with onsite, regional, and corporate teams to streamline processes, maintain brand consistency, and enhance customer experience. These experiences taught me how marketing and advertising drive performance, leasing outcomes, and business growth.Growing up in Haiti and relocating to Florida, I have visited over 30 cities, building adaptability, cultural awareness, and confidence navigating new environments. Thanks to my family’s presence in Europe, I am particularly comfortable working across European markets and connecting with people in diverse settings.I am proficient in Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft, certified in service blueprinting and Instagram advertising, and trilingual in English, French, and Haitian Creole, with notions in Spanish.
