Many of them, upon graduation, landed rewarding jobs or started their own businesses in over 30 countries.We developed a 4-step method that empowers young people to- Clearly define their career goals- Understand what is required to achieve those goals- Assess their current skills and knowledge, identifying gaps, and- Build and execute a personal development plan to close these gaps and achieve their goals, using studies abroad as a launchpad for their international careers.I believe that the more young people study, work, and live abroad at the start of their professional lives, the more tolerance, acceptance, and reduced tension we will have in the world in general, and at the borders of the countries in particular.
