ABOUT YANA RACHOVSKA

Yana is a licensed architect in New York and California with 14+ years of experience and a passion for innovative design and team work. Since moving to the Gensler Denver office, Yana has been working on a large-scale mixed use development. Previously, while in LA, she was involved in a ground up office building for LA County as well as a digital experience museum in Downtown LA. Yana has also worked on a creative office campus in Inglewood and coordinating with all consultants, contractors, clients and stake holders. Previously Yana completed the One Westside project and was involved in every aspect of the design, documentation, approval and construction for the last 3 years. During her time in the Gensler LA office, Yana has played an integral part in several major renovation projects such as the US Bank Lobby and Observation Deck and Herald Examiner Building in Downtown Los Angeles. She was also leading the coordination and detail development effort of the classroom spaces for UCLA Anderson School of Management. Yana worked on a major ground-up office building on the Park Place campus focusing on the exterior envelope and landscape design. Yana spent the first few years of her professional career in New York City as an architectural designer for Urbahn Architects and MdeAS Architects where worked on hospitality, transportation and education projects as well as commercial office space, public plazas and mixed use developments. Yana lives in Denver. She loves travelling as well as dogs and candy.
