Roles and Responsibilities:• Current Account:(US Healthcare industry)- MSP (Managed Service Provider) provides full life cycle recruitment - manages the hiring and onboarding of temporary and contingent staff. Responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, conducting reference checks, and managing temporary healthcare professionals, streamlining the staffing process for the US Clinical and Allied Positions• Collaborate with the client/hiring managers to understand the staffing requirements• Submission of profiles to VMS (Vendor Management System)• Previously managed a team of 12 RPO Recruiters• Conducted weekly team huddles• Performed monthly coaching and performance evaluation• Monitored the team’s attendance and KPI/deliverables• Endorses and provides pre-evaluation information of candidates to RPO clients • Handles active and passive sourcing using various job portals/platforms (LinkedIn.com, Monster.com, Reed.co.uk, Glassdoor, Totaljobs.com, Automotive.com, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SEEK, etc.), and cloud-based software (ATS – Bullhorn, Greenhouse, JabAdder, Workday, Paycor, HWL, StafferLink, etc.• Handled accounts/clients and industries: US Account (Hospital and Healthcare) – VMS System: Healthcare Workforce Logistics or HWL, Intellify, Christus, etc; Canadian Account (Healthcare) – Dentalcorp, and Responsive Group Inc. or RGI; UK Account - Johnsons Cars Ltd (automotive), PE Global Healthcare (Staffing & Recruiting industry), Compass Group (food & beverages industry); and Australian Account - Amadeus Group (staffing & recruiting)• Types of the role/s: both healthcare and non-healthcare
