I’m a Senior Product Manager who specializes in AI-driven banking products, 3rd-party integrations, and customer-centric product delivery across the fintech ecosystem. With over six years working directly with banks, credit unions, and financial-services teams, I build products that improve customer conversations, streamline operational workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.My background spans conversational AI, integration platforms, financial services automation, and cross-functional product leadership. I love simplifying complex systems, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and translating customer insights into clear product strategy and execution.My passion for problem-solving extends beyond financial services. During my Master of Digital Product Management (MDPM) at Queen’s University, I partnered with County of Renfrew Paramedic Services on a clinical documentation tool that leverages structured data, OCR/NLP, and EMR interoperability. This experience deepened my understanding of how AI can support high-impact domains like healthcare, where product innovation can meaningfully improve both clinician experience and patient outcomes.Ultimately, I’m driven by the opportunity to build products that genuinely help people, whether by simplifying financial experiences, supporting critical workflows, or improving everyday interactions through thoughtful technology.
