Create Month-End-Closing reports by building reporting logic from scratch in AFO and Power Query; restructure financial logic and reporting structure to make results clearer, consistent, comparable across FCA, BUD, and PY, including multiyear links and detailed cross-checks for board-level decision-making• Build forecast, budget report and monthly reports; conduct OPEX analysis with trend evaluations and category-specific breakdowns; estimate potential costsaving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the board aligned with full-year planning and sales targets• Develop cashflow analysis models to forecast short- and long-term liquidity, improve dunning and payable controlling• Automate dunning report and client reminder process by integrating SAP data with Power Query and VBA; streamline monthly statements and improve accounts receivable performance• Reframe capitalization report logic by creating a new reporting framework; report results to headquarters and ensure accurate capitalization treatment• Manage booking reconciliation; present financial results to board meetings, support automation of financial processes and operations
