I currently conduct research for fundraising at the Rhodes Trust, a leading educational charity, and serve as a Trustee at Small International Development Charities Network (SIDCN), a peer-to-peer network for people working/volunteering in small charities within the international development sector. Previously, I worked in programming and community building for a prominent equity-oriented global fellowship programme, and served as Chief of Staff for a fintech startup focusing on financial inclusion, funded by Y Combinator.I have extensive experience in the creative industries as a writer, editor, theatrical advisor (dramaturg), researcher, translator, and journalist, having worked with Tony Award-winning theatres and directors, and received mentorship from International Booker Prize judges. I\'m also an award-winning public speaker.A graduate of Harvard, Oxford, and Nanjing Universities, I was elected for a Rhodes Scholarship, the world\'s pre-eminent international scholarship, which cultivates future leaders with a focus on concern for others, energy to lead, and public service.I\'ve made it my life\'s project to foster connectivity and understanding between people, cultures, and worlds, and I\'m eager to utilise my experience and talents for the betterment of others\' lives.
