As an IAM Engineer at GlobalLogic, I focus on designing and delivering secure, scalable Identity and Access Management solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS). My work involves implementing authentication and access policies that improve security while ensuring a seamless user experience across enterprise applications.In this role, I develop custom workflows in ForgeRock IDM using Groovy and REST APIs to automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes. I also integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SaaS applications via SCIM and connectors, reducing manual administration and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, I configure SSO, MFA, and identity federation (PingFederate) to strengthen enterprise security for both internal and external users.Beyond technical implementation, I collaborate closely with compliance and security teams to align IAM solutions with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS. This ensures not only strong security posture but also adherence to industry and enterprise governance requirements, helping organizations maintain trust and compliance
