Thirteen years ago, I stepped into the world of Learning & Development with one intention — to help people grow with confidence and clarity. Over time, that intention evolved into a deeper purpose: empowering individuals, especially women, to rediscover their strengths and rise with self-belief. My journey hasn’t been linear. After taking a career break and returning to work, I experienced firsthand what it means to rebuild confidence, upskill, and start again. That lived experience fuels the empathy, authenticity, and human-centred approach I bring to every coaching and facilitation engagement. Today, I am a Certified Career Coach & Mentor, L&D Specialist, Soft Skills Trainer, and Six Sigma Black Belt, with expertise in: Instructional Design Leadership & Behavioural Training Digital Skills & Professional Development Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Career Transition Coaching for Women Returnees I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering impactful learning programs for global and diverse audiences, enabling individuals and teams to build the professional, behavioral, and digital capabilities needed in a fast-evolving workplace. One of the proudest highlights of my journey is mentoring and training women—freshers, working professionals, and career restarters—helping them rebuild confidence, navigate transitions, and step into the next chapter of their careers with clarity and courage.
