I am a development professional holding Masters degree in Social Work with specialisation in Women-Centric Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I work on the issues of intersectionality, gender, livelihood, forest rights, caste, local governance, and education. Currently, I am working at BIPP-ISB, Hyderabad in the Forest Governance department. I look after the field operations in Himachal Pradesh and also, involved in the documentation work in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning team. I am interested in projects based on research implementation. I am also working in an IFRI programme founded by Elinor Ostrom.
