I am currently working with the Imperial School of Banking and Management Studies, I Optimized classroom transitions while encouraging and reinforcing student instruction and liaising with administration department leaders. Promoted program courses, activities, and accomplishments, both internally and externally, to boost recruitment and retain a diverse student body. Optimized student educational strategies with clear advice on course choices, progression, and career options. Devised strategies to reduce expenses, modernize operations and revamp procedures to improve institution operations. Previously I worked with Cloud tool technologies as Business Development Manager. We are a Zoho Advanced Partner and an Automation Expert from India. At CloudTool Technologies, we have delivered 500+ Business ERP Implementation Projects, Consulting, and Support Plans across the Globe. I have worked as a customer relationship officer with airtel prior to this I started my with Vodafone after completing my MBA in marketing For the past 2 years in Airtel, I was handling the concerns of the customers and upselling them our company\'s products and my work was to rectify issues and to improve the organization\'s overall customer satisfaction rating as well.
