Author, Experienced Senior Leader, Coach and Consultant with over 16 years of experience leading Teaching, Learning and Assessment, Early Career Teachers, Curriculum, Data and Progress, Whole School Literacy and Executive Coaching and Instructional Coaching. Previously Deputy Headteacher leading Curriculum and Personal Development and Behaviour and substantive AHT leading T&L and PD. I am currently an Education Project Specialist and T&L consultant for Chiltern Learning Trust and the Chartered College of Teaching. I am Project Manager for the Increasing Diversity in ITT project funded by Mission 44.Author of the highly successful SAGE’s ‘A Little Guide for Teachers: Thriving in Your First Years in Teaching’.
