Processing of Accounts Payable invoices from suppliers and any source documents (Delivery Tickets) received for billing purposes in order to raise Customer Invoices.Verify all supplier invoices for price and quantity to ensure matches original order placed by WFS and/or matches the delivered figures.Organizing and validating the processed invoices and their backups for imaging purposes.Responsible to monitor the team inbox and ensure any queries are actioned daily.Escalate to Supervisor any issues that you have not been able to resolve in 3 days.Process or Request Credit Rebills where applicable.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet short deadlines.Balance and reconcile all wire/ACH payments against bank statement daily.Optimize billing performance according to the ongoing and changing requirements of commercial needs and operations
