ABOUT MIKHAIL IUKHTENKO
As a Product Design Leader at Meta, I oversee the design of enterprise tools and mixed reality experiences that support productivity, collaboration, and seamless device management across Meta’s platforms. I’ve played a key role in defining the Reality Labs productivity design strategy, building the Meta Admin Center for business clients, and developing secure identity systems used by advertisers worldwide. I collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver complex and elegant solutions for challenging problems and to produce pixel-perfect work that meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.I have a degree in Computer Science in Economics, which gives me a solid foundation in information technology and data analysis. Out of my 18 years of experience, I have over six years of leading high-performing design teams at startups and global companies—including Meta and Numan—delivering impactful work across Healthcare, E-Commerce, and Entertainment. I’ve improved user experience, retention, and revenue for millions of users in Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia by leading zero-to-one projects, platform redesigns, building and maintaining design systems, and conducting user interviews and research with participants worldwide.I have a passion for creating beautiful and functional apps, and I enjoy teaching, mentoring, and empowering designers.
