I am an accomplished financial technology executive, with extensive knowledge of both wealth managemen and investment banking: in capital markets, securities, derivatives, credit and lending - managing complex business and technical environments. Teams I led have delivered initiatives supporting multi-million dollar revenue growth. In this AI and ML focused world, my strengths are optimizing outcomes with people leadership, strategic vision, dialogue, and financial technology knowledge. With strong partnerships with C-suite and board-level business leaders, clients, and partners, I act as a conduit, simplifying the communication between the front office, operations and technology. My passions are in building, coaching, mentoring, and accelerating high-performing technology and operations teams, focused on client driven transformation and operational excellence. Technologies include agentic automation, data insights and analytics, cloud and software as a service (SaaS) financial services platforms, blending internal and outsourced resources, with focus on business outcomes. I have recently been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Safra National Bank, where I lead digital transformation across digital channels, front to back technology, the trading desk. I work closely with business heads and SMEs building agile technology teams focused on automation, orchestration and STP. Previously I was a Chief Data & Digital Officer at Macquarie Capital, a multi-billion dollar Investment Banking Advisory, ECM, DCM, Merchant Bank and Broker Dealer supporting bankers in different regions across the globe.As Global head of Investment Banking & Capital Markets, where I was responsible for a the setup of new Customer Relationship Management, Deal Lifecycle Management and the Insights and Analytics platform supporting a $5b revenue division; a regional head of Private Banking IT; Country CIO and Head of Private Banking IT; and Country Head of IT Infrastructure supporting several multi-billion-dollar revenue and Assets under Management (AuM) business lines in a career that spanned different countries, cultures, and responsibilities.I was an Instructor at Columbia University, in the \'Accounting and Finance for Technology\', and previously worked as an associate in \'Leading Disruptive Change in a Digital Economy\', and \'Technology Management Capstone\' graduate courses, assisting Columbia graduate students in their learning journey.
