About Yali Li

Through intensive training & medical practice, Yali Li, MD, PhD have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in Chinese and Western Medicine. Dr. Li is one of only a very few physicians who have achieved wide medical training both in China and in the United States. Dr. Li’s expertise in Neurological Rehabilitation was attained through his fellowship at Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation and through training at SUNY University Upstate Hospital as well as years of medical practice. Dr. Li obtained his Ph. Degrees in Molecular Biology at UHS/Chicago Medical School. He is certified in both Acupuncture and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, expertized especially, in Neuro-rehabilitation, such as TBI, MS and Stroke etc. Currently, Dr. Li is the attending physicians at North Shore LIJ Medical System. His solid experience & expertise in acupuncture, physical medicine, rehabilitation and pain management can be very helpful to provide the best treatment plan possible for each individual who comes to their office
