Basic Duties and Responsibilities;1 Management of environmental and OHS issues in accordance with legislation, company policy and other conditions (IFC, EBRD, IsDB, etc.),2 Ensuring the control and coordination of Corporate Environmental and OHS implementation in the projects,3 Providing technical support to litigation (work accident, environmental penalty, etc.) processes within the scope of environmental and OHS law,4 To fulfil the requirements of the Environmental and OHS specifications (statistics and documents) of the tenders,5 Corporate Quality, Environment, OHS Management Systems management of certification and surveillance audit processes.Important Operational Activities;• For projects financed by international financial institutions IFI (IFC, EBRD, IsDB etc.);* Preparation of ESIA, ESAP, ESMS, SEP etc. documents,* Implementation of the Environmental and OHS requirements committed under the especially ESIA - ESAP,* Preparation of 1-3-6 month Environment and OHS progress reports during the project (including operation period),* To carry out coordination works to ensure our success in Environmental and Social audits of financial institutions and LTA (Lender\'s Technical Advisor) experts.* Corporate and project specific; Preparation of Environmental and Social Annual Reports (E&S AMR) for submission to finance providers,* Calculation of project greenhouse gas emissions (GHG Protocol - Scope 1 fuel and Scope 2 electricity) by monitoring energy consumption and natural resource use,* Monitoring of environmental measurements (SOx, NOx, PM10, groundwater etc.)• Projects\' EIA, Environmental Permit, Waste Management etc. carrying out official environmental processes.• Establishment and management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.• For statistical evaluation purposes; Accident (Root Cause) and Near Miss Incident Investigations, training activities, LTFR & LTSR analyzing them (if any) by comparing them with national or international data.

1989, Ankara. He is married and has a child. He graduated from Environmental Engineering Department in 2011. He completed his master\'s degree in \"Occupational Health and Safety\" at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences in 2015.He started his career as an Environmental Engineer at a large Dam and HEPP Project construction site in 2011 and worked as the Environmental Unit Chief in the same project for 2 years. He is experienced in the implementation and management of the environmental and social requirements of international financial institutions in projects. At the same time, he gained experience in project audits of technical experts of international financial institutions and lenders technical advisor (LTA). His professional experience is about 10 years. He has been working as an Expert at YDA Group Headquarters since 2014, within the scope of the coordination and management of Environmental and OHS issues in all YDA Group Projects, especially in Public Private Partnership Projects.
