Estimator / Pre-Construction professional with 3+ years of experience supporting cost estimating, quantity take-offs, tender preparation, and project controls across civil, commercial, and infrastructure projects. I specialize in analyzing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and bid documents to develop accurate conceptual and detailed estimates that support competitive bids and informed cost decisions. My experience includes pre-construction estimating, value engineering support, subcontractor pricing, bid analysis, and cost tracking, with exposure to projects ranging from mid-six-figure to large multi-million-dollar scopes.
