Contribute to strategic decision-making by engaging with national and state partners to implement key initiatives (contributed to the implementation of National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystems, Mission Sahbhagita, Save Wetlands Campaign, Amrit Dharohar Initiative, and State Wetland Mission).• Support development of technical concepts and strategies, including training modules and guidelines, manuals, and procedures (contributed to development of training modules for wetland management, developed an e-learning course on wetland conservation and management, developing a web-enabled platform for private sector engagement in wetland management).• Manage implementation and oversight of project activities through diverse funding arrangements, including grants, service contracts and partner assignments.• Coordinate and deliver capacity development programmes at project states leveraging collaboration with implementing partner organisations, state governments, NGOs and local stakeholders (implemented series of multistakeholder training for wetlands conservation and integrated management at site & state levels).• Contribute to implementation of citizen engagement initiatives for wetland management at national, state, and site levels (contributed to the development of National as well as state and site-specific Wetland CEPA Strategies, implemented citizen engagement initiatives in collaboration with a Wetland Champion for strengthening community participation).• Identify synergies for an integrated approach between projects/schemes implemented by other bilateral, multilateral agencies, and ministries to build on thematic areas on wetlands (developed project blueprints for ecosystem-based restoration of wetlands and enhancement of rural livelihoods for climate resilience).• Contribute to project design, operational planning, and ongoing coordination with national, state, and site-level partners to ensure effective implementation of project activities.
