   Resident Engineer (Owner’s Rep) for Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, KSA • Staffing / Performance reviews / Compensation / Bonus planning • Authorized Client Representative for Management of Construction Contractors. Responsible for Construction contract administration, Construction Engineering Inspections (CEI), costs, progress, quality, safety, claims management, client and public relationship.• Oversees often 4 or more large contracts (SAR Two (2) Billion+).• Supervises a team (15-20) of Asst. Resident Engineers, Field Engineers / Inspectors, Quantity Surveyors and Planning / Scheduling Engineers.• Responsible for construction coordination, contract administration including signing contractual correspondence to Contractors, Field Change Documents, Request for Information (RFI) and Technical Submittals. Chair progress and other meetings.• Cost Management - Responsible for cost, progress billings, expenditure cash-flow projection, change order cost estimates and negotiations, annual expenditure projection, Reporting etc.• Responsible for change management – Design Change Notices, Tacit Approvals, Request for Change, Change Order, Extension of Time, Trend Reports, etc. All of these require very frequent interaction with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Planning and other departments.• Coordinates with Permitting authorities, Utility companies and other outside entities.• Participates in constructability review of design and bids evaluation.• Reports to Management to update the status, critical issues and proposed actions.SELECT PROJECTS: Jubail Industrial College (JIC) Auditorium and Training Center including Classrooms, Labs, Workshops, Chilled Water System; Jubail University College (JUC) District Cooling Plant; JUC Infrastructure; JUC Auditorium and Sports facilities; Residential development of 233 Villas; and 8 Apartment buildings (128 units).
