About Yahya Ladiwala
Yahya is a senior associate at Kubrick Group, a next-gen consulting firm that helps organizations realize the value of data, AI, and cloud technology. He is currently on site working with one of Kubrick\'s top aviation customers, working as the lead Graph Data Scientist to reduce the time aircraft defects are solved from days to hours and is part of the team building a maintenance chatbot aimed to serve technical operations. He was previously on site at Nomura Holdings, Inc. where he worked as an IT risk analyst, mitigating regulatory and compliance risk for GenAI systems. At Nomura, Yahya successfully achieved buy-in from stakeholders across the globe, made strong connections, and is very proud that his work will be used by an international enterprise. Yahya is passionate about creating a strong social impact through his work and personal projects in ways that leverage his technical skills in Generative AI, SQL, Python, and Machine Learning.He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University as well as a Master of Education degree in 7-12th Grade Social Studies from Relay Graduate School of Education. He also has extensive teaching, leadership, and mentoring experience, having served as an AP Government teacher and 12th Grade Level Lead at Uncommon Charter High School in Brooklyn from 2019 to 2023.
