ABOUT YAHIA FELLAH
Originally a software developer and later a Scrum Master, I am now an Agile Coach and Trainer. Agility resonates with me as a powerful way to help organizations navigate the complexity of today’s world.I have supported 15 Scrum / SAFe teams across 10 mandates in various industries, impacting up to 80 people. My interventions helped reduce time‑to‑market by 50%, improve predictability and velocity (+10%), and foster team accountability by shifting mindsets from “me” to “we”. I have trained over 100 people and facilitated more than 100 workshops, including 10 PI Plannings.Driven by pragmatism, rigor, curiosity, and creativity, I adapt my coaching and training approaches to each client’s context.Above all, I enjoy cooking and eating pastries, bouldering, kicking bad guys (krav maga) and spending quality time with my family.
